Two disciplines govern this catalogue. Signature works are unique — printed once, placed once, never made again. Core works are editions of five at a single exhibition scale, and every placement lifts the price of those remaining.

The signature photographs. A single collector’s print is made to commission — at your chosen scale — signed 1/1, and the master file is retired from sale. The artist retains two proofs of each unique work — one for each of his daughters — never for sale.

The Photographer

Benjamin Uttley

Benjamin Uttley is an award-winning film director, cinematographer and photographer — founder of Stamp Productions, director of the BAFTA-qualifying short film James Hyde — The Very Thought of You — whose work for clients has been seen billions of times. A named Guinness World Record holder for G-IRTY’s 2019 circumnavigation, he directed, produced and filmed the expedition — the journey that shaped this body of work. He is currently directing the film of John Balsdon’s record-breaking Cape to Cape expedition.

Alongside the warbirds sit his photographs of people and places — poolsides, piers and coastlines, made today in the tradition of mid-century leisure photography and seen with an aviator’s eye. Every work is printed on archival cotton rag, signed and accompanied by an embossed certificate recording its edition and provenance.

On reserve, your print is made to commission — your size, mount and frame — then inspected, signed and numbered, and the certificate is registered to you by name. Unique works are then retired; edition prices step upward for those remaining.

Framed works travel crated and insured, worldwide. Unframed prints ship rolled in archival tissue with white-glove options on request.
